New Hampshire Ski Club Privacy Policy

The personal information the New Hampshire Ski Club collects on each of its members is limited to their name, address, phone number and email address.  This information is stored in the membership management software Wild Apricot, which is used to deliver the monthly newsletter, event announcements and other club-related correspondence.  In addition, Wild Apricot is used for online payment processing. Payment information is not retained or stored. 

The New Hampshire Ski Club does not share or sell membership information. 

The personal information of individuals who no longer belong to the NHSC is deleted after membership lapses. 

Access to Wild Apricot is granted on an as-needed basis to the Board of Directors and Trip Leaders and is reviewed by the board yearly for accuracy.  

Travel Information We Collect

When we arrange travel on behalf of our members, we may collect certain personal information required by airlines, transportation providers, or government agencies. This may include your full legal name, date of birth, passport number, passport expiration date, Known Traveler Number (TSA PreCheck), and other information necessary to complete travel reservations.

How We Use Travel Information

We use this information solely for the purpose of arranging and managing your travel, including booking flights, lodging, ground transportation, and complying with airline and security requirements.

We do not use this information for marketing or profiling, nor do we sell or share it with third parties except as necessary to complete your travel arrangements.

How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information. Access to passport numbers, Known Traveler Numbers, and other sensitive travel identifiers is restricted to trip leaders, travel agents, and transportation providers who need it to arrange your travel.
