The Cannon Day is cancelled due to COVID-19.
Please join us for a ski day at Waterville Valley Resort. We will have the Sky Box again to get ready, enjoy for lunch, and linger after a day on the slopes. Lift ticket price is only $55 and the lunch vouchers are $10 for $12 worth of food. That Sunday is post Super Bowl, post Massachusett’s vacation week, in between club trips, and right at peak NE skiing season.
Whether you get your lift ticket from me or you have your own, please RSVP so I know how many are going to come by. Guests do not have to be Club members.
Just $65 (per person) gets you a lift ticket and $12 lunch voucher. Waterville Valley provides some coffee and tea in the morning and chips and salsa during apres, and our own private apres ski cash bar. The Harpoon Brewery Sky Box room is our private room all day to change and leave your gear, with sofas, gas fireplace, TV, and private bathroom (even has a shower). It’s a beautiful room, and adjacent to the summit quad chair. http://www.waterville.com/corporate-programs-skybox/)
If you have your own pass and want to use the Sky Box, you must buy $10 food and beverage voucher (worth $12 in cafeteria). I’ll have them available.
Room opens at 7:30am; I’ll be there at 7:30 to welcome you and hand out lift tickets. Lifts open at 8am.
Minimum of 20 attendees buying the $63 ticket/lunch voucher.
Make checks payable ($65/55/10 per person) to the NH Ski Club, and mail to:

Pricing has changed from original posting…a better deal for most of you. NH/VT residents, get tickets at Okemo ticket window for your best rate. While this rate does not apply to non-NH/VT residents, as of 1/7/2020, there have been no Massachusetts resident Club members who’ve signed up. See ticket details below.
Have you ever considered skiing Okemo, but didn’t because everyone else was driving north on I-93 to those other mountains? Here’s an excuse to try Okemo Mountain in Ludlow, VT, just under a 2-hour drive from Manchester. Let’s try Okemo together, a day trip, the last Sunday in January, 26 January to be precise. I’ve tried Okemo in early season skiing, but in late January, both Okemo Mountain and Jackson Gore peaks should be fully open. What’s out there? www.Okemo.com
We’ll meet on the main level of the Clock Tower Base Lodge. There’s a Starbucks right there! The lifts should open at 8am…I’ll be there at 07:45am to welcome you.
Okemo now offers discounted Sunday and Wednesday (holiday dates excluded) for NH and VT residents. A better price than we could get at group rate.
NH/VT residents, get your ticket at the Okemo Mountain ticket window. Ensure you have ID.
Adult is $67. (All prices before 6% VT tax)
Adult (65+) and Child (7-12) is $57.
Not a NH/VT resident, go to www.okemo.com to buy your tickets in advance for possibly best pricing.
Epic Pass holder? You’re skiing is free on most Epic Passes.
Okemo has a heated seat bubble chair that brings joy to the day no matter the weather conditions. Even better, we’ll gather in the Sitting Bull restaurant and bar for après to celebrate the day.
The base lodge has bag/basket check and bag racks in the basement level, and bag hooks on the upper-level if you want to wander up there.
Okemo is a new location for us…let’s check it out. The drive is easy up and across and down I-93, I-89 and I-91. I’ll see you there!
